Raw Boil/Stew Steam Roast Stir Fry Personal Close tab
Lahano Salata
- 1/2 cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 brown onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch parsley (rough chopped)
- 1 bunch spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (lightly toasted)
- Dressing:
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 3 tbl sp EVOO
- Dash sesame oil
- Sea salt (to taste)
Marouli Salata
- 1 iceberg lettuce (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch spring onion (thinly sliced)
- 250gm feta (crumbled)
- 1 bunch dill (finely chopped)
- 3 tbl sp dried oregano
- Dressing:
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lemon (zest & juice)
- 1 tbl sp white vinegar
- 4 tbl sp EVOO
- 3 tea sp sea salt
Succotach
- corn
- squash (cooked as desired)
- beans
- greens
- feta
- whole grains like barley, quinoa
Kimchi Jjigae
- kimchi
- semi-firm tofu
- pork
- veg
- gochujang
- gochugaru
- stock
Stir fry kimchi and sliced pork. Optional pan fry tofu. Place everything in pot and sauce and fill with stock and let it come to a boil.
Broccoli Pasta
- broccoli heads
- sausage
- tubular short pasta
- parmesan
Boil broccoli until soft enough to mash. Cook sausage into bits. Combine broccoli and sausage with cooked pasta and add parmesan.
Ricecooker mixed rice
- rice
- fish
- veg
- flavorful cooking liquid
- optional: nori sheets
On top of rice place toppings. Cook until rice is done. Mix all contents. Optional turn into onigiri.
Sheet Pan Gnocchi
- cauliflower gnocchi
- cooked sausage
- veg
- acidic seasoning
Season everything and roast in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, flip sausage halfway through.
Tomato and egg
- tomatoes
- eggs
- seasoning options: fish sauce, mini shrimps
Sautee sliced tomatoes until soft. Scramble eggs separately. Combine in pan and season.
